Cat Balleu opened up at 3229 Troost in 1966 to compliment the Jewel Box next door.  Owned by John Tucillo, as one-third of his three-part "adult fun complex", Cat Ballue was billed as a tease-a-rama (burlesque) while the Yum Yum Lounge was billed as "the strip-a-rama"  Cat Balleu closed its doors in 1972.

Currently only available in white on black.  Most sizes are in stock, but orders may take up to 10 days.
